Thank you so much for a spectacular glider ride for my husband Terry’s 64th birthday! I am an avid bird watcher/photographer and told him we were going to the Minden/Tahoe airport to view a golden eagle nest with newly hatched chicks. If you knew me at all, you would know this is totally plausible. When we arrived and my husband found out that instead of viewing eagles he was going to soar like one, he was overwhelmed. The look on his face was priceless! He had an amazing one hour experience flying over Lake Tahoe. The pilot was very knowledgeable and had lots of information about the mathematics of gliding. Being a math professor, he loved every detail. The pilot even let him take over the controls! You guys were all awesome and we will be sure and tell our friends! This was one of the best days ever!
